Designed for recreational and home cooks, 
the Wine Country Cooking School is all about 
hands-on learning while having fun.  

Join us on Saturdays! Five-hour hands-on classes are offered between mid-January and the end of November. Our focus is on seasonal menus, local ingredients and wine & food pairing. Each cooking team prepares the three-course meal and then eats it in the private dining room with a wine pairing for each course.
